Tests of IDEPS technology in pulp and paper industry finished
IDEPS GmbH specialists have successfully tested the effects of IDEPS technology on cellulose and sludge.
The discovery of IDEPS technology as an entirely new solution for the pulp and paper industry is opening numerous possibilities. According to laboratory tests, IDEPS technology achieved excellent results, e.g.:
1. Can be used for destructuring wood into. ALPHA-cellulose.
- Hemicellulose
- Lignin
Economy
- Reduction of energy resources
- Increase of cellulose digester production
2. Can be used in the technological process as an accelerant of oxidation processes in the bleaching of brown pulp.
Economy
- Increase of cellulose digester production
- Replacement of harmful auxiliary substances (poisons, toxic substances)
3. Obtaining additional amount of cellulose from sludge.
4. Hydrolysis of sludge into monosaccharides for further production of alcohol, which can be used for biofilms and organic synthesis processes.
5. Disintegration into component parts of a multi-layer packaging of coated cardboard type.
6. Cleaning processes with process water.
7. Black Liquor: Dissolution of lignin, opening possibilities to reduce requireded capacity for recovery basins as bottleneck for increase of paper production.
8. Targeted change of grade of polymerisation or molecular mass of parts of wood.
